Close to the beach, and pretty much 1 to 1.5 hrs away from NYC, AC, Philly, NJ mountains, and all the entertainment you want, without all the noise and pollution. Love the peace and tranquility."

Neighborhood is very dog friendly, some may call it excessively so. High identity quotient throughout the region for Colonial Terrace as the neighborhood is highly regarded.
