Utilities included up to $400/month for electricity and water/sewer; any overages will be billed to the renter.

Pets allowed only with prior approval; no pets on furniture or in the pool area.

No smoking allowed inside the home.

Maximum overnight occupancy is six (6) guests; any additional guests require approval.

Quiet hours must be observed from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM.

Use of the swimming pool is seasonal (open May September only). No access to the pool during the off-season.

No tampering with security cameras, Wi-Fi equipment, or any locked owner storage areas.

Proper trash disposal is required; renter must follow City of Hampton collection rules and return bins to the home within 24 hours.

Renter must keep the property clean, report maintenance issues promptly, and ensure all doors and windows are locked when leaving.

No illegal substances or disruptive behavior permitted on the property.

Renter is responsible for any damages beyond normal wear and tear.

The proximity of the community to Langley Airbase, NASA Langley, and at the center of over 4 key military installations in the region has made it a favorite of military and civil services personnel for many years. The neighborhood is also less than a mile from the Coliseum Central business district filled with shops and continually improving commercial developments. The community is one of the safest in the region and boasts access to top performing magnet and public schools. This is truly a great neighborhood to start out or return to and would be a great place to live, work, and play."
