9/10 Update we are ready to now. With the selling season almost behind us we can either pay to keep the house active through the winter or pass on the savings to you. If you are ready we are! We will hold this price till end of October and then will increase back up for next spring.

8 Devonald is a corner lot that sits back from the road with a beautiful farm rock wall across the front and backs up against 40 acres of green acre land. Eight Devonld has a Victorian farmhouse look and the side porch that is so calming. The deck in the back connects the side and front porches. The back yard is nice and flat for playing sports with the kids. The treehouse is solar powered with bunk beds and a private fire pit to cook eggs in the morning with the kids. The basement is entirely built out with wet bar and screen drop from ceiling to watch movies. Next to that is my workshop with drill press and bench for those projects.
Our kitchen was upgraded last year with Thermador six-burner range top and coupled with high-end chef hood. The built-in Thermador convection oven, warming drawer, and convection microwave make it a perfect chef's kitchen. Plenty of storage for mixers equipment and serving dishes. We put new hardwood flooring all through the first floor. We replaced the furnace and air conditioning in 2011. Have this fantastic electric awning on the back porch. All the gutters have been upgraded to a larger size, downspouts are larger and all gutter guards installed - so no climbing ladders. Yeah!! We also foamed insulated the great room floor above the garage to keep things nice and toasty! So absolutely love this house, and it served its purpose for three amazing kids. Now its time to head south :-)

Administration is disorganized and lets bullying happen behind the scene. Counselors are ineffective and unhelpful. Parents in town are substitute teachers and know student records.
