Small and affordable, this little place has views that you can't beat (check the pictures)! Set on quiet Delaware Street in historic St. Georges, this is the place to go to leave work behind at the end of the day. St. Georges is the last little town you come to before crossing the C&D canal.This rental is a one-floor unit - there is no access to the second floor. SPECIAL CLAUSES: 1) No smoking permitted 2) Pet permitted w/owner approval and pet deposit 3) Tenant responsible for all utilities including water and sewer 4) Tenant responsible for lawn care and snow removal 5) Full propane tanks will be provided to tenant upon move-in and tenant is required to have tanks filled upon vacating 6) Clogged drains resulting from tenants actions will be repaired at tenants expense 7) Renters insurance required
