NOTE: This is a smoke-free home with one very sweet resident cat, so applicants must be comfortable living with cats. Fully furnished private bedroom with private bathroom available in a cozy two-floor condo located just 2 miles from UMBC and CCBC.

Utilities are included.

The living room is occasionally used for at-home gym sessions, so there is some fitness equipment in the space. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM 8 AM. This home is best suited for someone who appreciates consistency, respect, and peaceful shared living.
