This home is located in an HOA community. Tenants must comply with all HOA rules and regulations. Lawn maintenance including grass, hedges, trees, and flower beds is the tenant's responsibility. Failure to maintain the lawn may result in HOA fines, which will be the tenant's responsibility. Street parking is not permitted per HOA regulations.

    "I’ve lived in Pooler for years. Our neighborhood is cute, very green, clean, has lots of places to walk, it’s quiet but also fun. There’s a dog park and a lake just down road a short walk away. Our neighborhood is very friendly and active. Holidays are always fun and the neighborhood goes all out with decorations and celebrations. Food trucks come thru regularly and set up at the pool area for residents to walk down to grab a local bite to eat. Lots of families and kids in the neighborhood. Overall, a very nice place to live. It’s also conveniently located by interstate 16 and 95 and just minutes from lots of restaurants and the outlets. "
