The saltwater pool will be the place your family unwinds and defines relaxation. The pool area has two sun loungers and a lovely patio set that is so comfortable you want to spend all day there. The boat dock is a perfect place to fish, or if you're lucky, to see the Manatees and Dolphins go by. The large saltwater pool is inviting and has the option for heating in winter months. Please inquire for cost of heating to 85 degrees. Information will be found in your check-in email. This home has a gas grill for cooking out, as well as a large, well-equipped kitchen with a chef-worthy gas Kucht oven. The home has soaring ceilings and a 55-inch smart tv for movie night after playing at the pool or exploring the nearby beaches. The grill is complimentary as long as it is not abused. It is recommended to clean before and after use as it is the sole responsibility of the guest for its condition and is not a guarantee of service. There are 4 inflatable paddle boards for guests to use. (inflate to 12-15 PSI with the provided pumps). Complimentary if not abused but not a guarantee of service. The master is separated from the other bedrooms with its own large 5-piece bath and walk in shower. It is equipped with a walk in closet and direct access to the lanai. Both secondary bedrooms also have king sized beds and personal smart TVs.This home is close to parks, beaches, golf and great restaurants. It is 30 minutes from the Daytona airport, 65 minutes to Jacksonville, and 1 hour and 35 minutes to Orlando. Please Park in the driveway. No street parking. 3 Car Maximum. NO U-Haul, Motorcycle, boat or recreational TRAILERS. This home has a ring doorbell/exterior security cameras, Wi-Fi extenders and keyless smart lock for easy access. No reservation parties/guests over 6 people, including children without permission. Additional charges apply. Permission required for stays longer than 3 weeks. No pets allowed on property.
