The Best Thing to Come Home to Is...
A home as beautiful as the neighborhood you live in. We know that living in Ormond Beach means you expect certain things, so why put down for a townhome that's really just a glorified storage locker?
Well, we can think of a few reasons (impressing company never hurt anyone, did it?), but did you ever think of it this way? Maybe if you lived somewhere as fun and active as The Trails, you wouldn't want to go anywhere else? Consider the conveniences and lifestyle. On top of that, our townhome is within a walk of The Trails Shopping Center, Nova Community Park, Synagogue, community pool, Racquet Club and bike/walk trails. Imagine your place being just a walk home. Sounds pretty appealing to us.
Convenience aside, this place has a lifestyle only living in The Trails provides. The community pool and clubhouse is huge and surrounded by lush landscaping. Bike or walk through the expansive shaded trails that weave through the community.
Nova Community Park is a park consisting of 60.2 acres. It offers a fitness trail, a skate court and Magic Forest Playground (fenced in). In addition there are four handball courts, gymnasium, two outside basketball courts (one is lit), six tennis courts (two are lit), five baseball fields and three pavilions with picnic tables and several grills.
Magic Forest Playground has mazes and towers and bridges and secret passages, a puppet theater and plenty of covered picnic areas. The whole park (and neighborhood) is set in a live oak tree grove which provides shade for sun relief year round.
So, if you're ready to get serious about being here for a while (or forever), consider renting our townhome. And if you're looking for an upscale lifestyle, you can't find a better selection.

Rent is $2000.00 with $25.00 discount if paid early before the 1st of the month. Otherwise it is $2025.00 a month if not paid before the 1st.
This property is off market, which means it's not currently listed for sale or rent on Trulia. This may be different from what's available on other websites or public sources. This description is from March 14, 2024
