The privacy fence is in the process of being replaced and should be finished in a few days.

Pets are allowed depending on type (no 'vicious' labeled dogs allowed), size and how many. Pet deposit depends on size of pet, but deposit is refundable.

Home is located off Pooler Parkway and is very convenient to I-16, I-95, airport, shopping, dining, movies and much more. There is so much to do within minutes from the home. Home is also 15 minutes from Savannah, 35 to Tybee Island.

    "My commute only takes 15 minutes in the morning and 15-30 minutes in the afternoon. Traffic at 7:30-8 is light. It starts picking up after that. In the afternoon, Dean forest road is light in traffic but traffic picks up between 4:20-4:45 PM. At this time you should expect delays. "

    "I’ve lived in Pooler for years. Our neighborhood is cute, very green, clean, has lots of places to walk, it’s quiet but also fun. There’s a dog park and a lake just down road a short walk away. Our neighborhood is very friendly and active. Holidays are always fun and the neighborhood goes all out with decorations and celebrations. Food trucks come thru regularly and set up at the pool area for residents to walk down to grab a local bite to eat. Lots of families and kids in the neighborhood. Overall, a very nice place to live. It’s also conveniently located by interstate 16 and 95 and just minutes from lots of restaurants and the outlets. "
