    "My wife and I lived in Dogwood South for over 5 years and it was a great environment for families or a couple looking to downsize into a quite neighborhood. Most of our neighbors were working professionals with young children and access to the park and walking paths were very nice to have in the spring and fall. Our kids also LOVED going to the pool during the summer time with all the other kids!! "

    "Great place to live, kid and pet friendly! Neigbhors are police officers, military, or retirees so it is a very safe place with absolutely no crime. Excellent location @ 10 min to Airline Ave shops via 220 or Riverwalk stores via East Texas Street. Home is not in a flood zone, during 2009 floods house was high and dry. French drains are installed in the yard and easily handle the excess water."
