This freshly painted spacious upstairs unit in an 8-unit building is in a great location. It's about a 15-minute walk to the university and the grocery store. Close to bus lines and dining options. Also, near downtown and the library. New carpet in the bedrooms. The owners are very involved, and the neighbors are quiet. Laundry is on-site.

NO PETS. The owner pays for water, sewer, and garbage. We do not accept pets, and there is no smoking allowed on the property. We provide one parking pass per unit, and parking is on a first-come, first serve basis. The deposit is refundable when you move out as long as the unit is cleaned and there aren't any damages.

We also have a vibrant community full of fabulous eateries and gorgeous wineries as well as an open and accepting view toward all walks of life. "
