Both homes have Central AC and plenty of closet space.
The monthly rent includes all utilities, electric, water, sewer, high speed Internet, lawn, and pool maintenance.
Due to its size, it's ideal for friends who want to share a house but still want their privacy and of course for big families or couples with children and grandchildren wanting to visit.
Lease duration can be month to month or extended to one year.
Move in costs are first month rent and one month and half Security deposit

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
