Feeding schools are Clovis Unified - Weldon Elementary, Clark Intermediate and Clovis High School (tenant to verify with CUSD boundary map).
The owner pays for HOA Fees and Gardner. The resident pays for water/trash/sewer. PG&E is required to be in the resident's name. No smoking and no pets allowed.
