Description

Fully furnished, Upscale two-story home in the heart of Clovis, within a small gated community. Fresh paint throughout, tile flooring downstairs and carpet upstairs. Fully equipped kitchen with island and granite countertops. Upscale furniture and decor throughout. The home has 4 bedrooms upstairs and the 1 bedroom downstairs is set up as an office. Master bedroom is furnished with a king bed, dresser, and chest of drawers with two closets and larger master bath. Guest bedrooms 1 & 2 are furnished with queen beds, dressers, nightstands, and their own closets. Guest bedroom 4 is furnished with two twins, a nightstand, a chest of drawers and it's own closet as well.

Ownership is local and is easily reachable. HOA fees and Gardner is included in the rent. Water/Trash/Sewer is through the city and must be put into tenant's name. PGE must be put into your own name as well. No pets allowed.

Feeding schools are Clovis Unified - Weldon Elementary, Clark Intermediate and Clovis High School (tenant to verify with CUSD boundary map).

The owner pays for HOA Fees and Gardner. The resident pays for water/trash/sewer. PG&E is required to be in the resident's name. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Parking - there is a two-car garage and driveway parking space. HOA does not allow overnight street parking.

The monthly rent is $3500 (including all furniture). 6-month minimum lease term. 12 & 18 terms available with a discount option for a longer term. Anyone over the age of 18 must go through the application process and all occupants must be listed on the lease. Deposit of $5250 is due prior to move-in. Lease terminations are subject to a lease termination fee.

The owner will cover any large repairs needed, given that they are not needed due to the resident's negligence. Minor repairs are the resident's responsibility.

This seems to be a dog friendly area. Only one neighbor whose dog is either crying or howling in terrible hours of the night at times and that is annoying for sure!"

It’s in the heart of Fresno you can go up the mountain or down the 99. Shopping is very close by and delicious dining as well as fast food if that’s your preference. Easy access to freeways and entertainment is very family friendly during farmer markets in Old Town Clovis. Lots of local shopping and antique stores."

    "I love living right off the Clovis Trail. Been here 9 years and don’t plan on moving. I’m the onsite manager of Trailside Apts. Dewiit has sidewalks on one side and is well lit. I’ve walked after dark and feel pretty safe. Pollasky doesn’t have sidewalks and isn’t well lit but the streets are wide and good for walking. And there’s always the trail!"
