**Roommate Wanted: Comfortable Family Home with Private Pool and All Utilities Included**
We are a friendly and welcoming family of four (two boys aged 4 and 15) with a Siberian Husky, looking for a female roommate to share our spacious home. My wife and I have busy schedules with work and school from Monday to Friday, so you'll have the house mostly to yourself during the day until late afternoon.

**Please Note

Our dog is a lovable Siberian Husky who does shed.
While we do our best to keep the house clean, deep cleaning typically happens over the weekend due to our busy weekday schedules.
If you're looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to call home, and don't mind living alongside a family, we'd love to hear from you!
**Room is advertised as unfurnished however I do have a bed upon request if you are in need. Mattress is fairly new**

Smoking must be outside - make sure you bring an ashtray or somewhere to throw cigarettes butts away responsibly.

Be aware that we have 2 children.

    "I don’t know, I’m always working so I don’t go out much except to eat, But there is a dog park and there’s a baseball park a few of them and there’s a skateboard park and then you have to get out on the main road 79 two or 434 to get to any restaurants or anything like that. All in all it’s a safe neighborhood with nice people, you wave, they wave back, there have been some car break-ins but the police department got that under control real quick. I’ve lived here 4 years and it’s been a good experience."
