This 3 bedroom, 1-1/2 bathroom townhome features central air conditioning and your own Private Basement. Some of the past uses of the basement include: Exercise room, Office, Mancave and Play area. Only limited by your imagination! (But NOT a bedroom - it is not legal nor will be allowed).

Tenants are responsible for lawncare and snow removal.

Garage/Parking: Shared, 1 stall of garage included. Driveway can hold 3 more cars. Garage door opener included.

The master bedroom has double closets.

Pets are CONSIDERED on a case by case basis FOR AN EXTRA FEE. We meet all dogs to verify they are friendly.

Tenant is responsible to maintain yard, including cutting the lawn, weed whacking, trimming bushes, weeding flowerbed, picking up trash and snow removal. (You can always hire this out if you don't want to do it.)

It is in a Great central location and is only minutes away from I-94, as well as all of Racine, Sturtevant & Franksville. HOWEVER, IT IS NOT ON OR NEAR A CITY BUS ROUTE for those that do not have access to a car. School buses do pick up.

It is located in the desirable Gifford school district, which now goes through middle school (PreK-8). Case High School offers the internationally renowned International Baccalaureate program allowing your student the opportunity to earn college credits while still in high school.

Sewer and Trash pickup INCLUDED IN RENT. TENANT PAYS ALL OTHER UTILITIES.

This cannot be used as a group home or daycare.

No smoking in unit.

We do not accept Section 8.
