I have 3 dogs of my own and they play with our neighbors dog and kids. I absolutely love it and can't see myself living elsewhere in the Chicago land area. "

Neighbors can be friendly, depending on how long they've loved here, 10 years and under seem to be less friendly while people living here 20+ are friendlier. with a great library and shopping areas near by, things are somewhat easy to get to.
