I do have to say that the administration thinks very highly of Worthington school district, to the point of comparing our education to that of “the best private academies in the world.” Yeah that’s not true. Our average test scores have slipped below most of the comparable districts around central Ohio, and our placement of grads into elite universities is FAR worse than Dublin/UA/New Albany. Advising for college applications is laughably poor. You should be encouraging hard work and success, but it seemed like a pattern of complacency with mediocre results. My kiddo is in the SCLC special education classroom. Her intervention specialist Tori Colles is wonderful. She also really cares about these kids and works hard to help them.
