Welcome home!
If you're looking for a quiet, friendly, family environment, you've found the right place. Our home is situated in the Preserve at Chino on a cul-de-sac. There is always street parking available directly outside our home. The Preserve is located in Southwest Chino with easy access to the 71, 60 & 15 freeways. Our family rents out a furnished upstairs bedroom that includes a full bath.
Bedroom is carpeted and situated in the front of our home with 2 beautiful windows overlooking the Preserve and the hills of Chino Hills, Queen size bed, 2 dresser, closet with mirrored door, a small bookshelf and a ceiling fan.
Bathroom has tile floor and is across the hallway from bedroom. It includes a full shower/tub combo with removable shower head, toilet, sink, vanity large mirror with double sinks & medicine cabinet.
Rent includes access to the common areas of our home (our living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry room on the 2nd floor, fenced back yard, and access to the Preserve Parkhouse with amenities including gym, barbeque, pools, Jacuzzis, tennis courts, parks, business office (computers, printers, fax), movie theatre, billiards room, Ping-Pong table, & craft room. Also have access to GardenHouse pool & common room, and all amenities at the Meadowhouse.

All utilities and internet are included.
We don't entertain too often, but I would love a roommate that would love to host dinners and game nights. We are quiet, we all work or go to school. Idea candidate wouldn't smoke, no drugs (not 420 friendly), clean, happy and most importantly gainfully employed or have a verifiable source of income. I would prefer a single female willing to sign a yearlong lease, no short term renters. If you feel this might be the home for you, please tell me why you think you would be the perfect candidate. We will request references, proof of income and a background check.

Due to allergies, we cannot accept pets.

Rent is $1,100 per month plus deposit of one months rent. Please TEXT to set an appointment for viewing. Available February 1, 2025.

Option for housekeeper 2x a month to clean bathroom & bedroom $100 per month.
