Perfectly located between Burlington (~25 minutes) and the mountains; only 15 minutes to Butler Lodge trail and 30 minutes to Smugglers Notch.

This apartment is on the second floor and has its own private deck and entry off the back of the main house. Entryway landing leads up the stairs to the spacious living room. Features a large eat-in kitchen, bedroom and a bonus room that could be used as an office, nursery or guest space, etc. All carpeting was just replaced, with new tile in the entry.

Additional benefits feature views of Mt. Mansfield out of all eastern windows, a locked garage storage space, and a full size washer and dryer. Water, sewer and garbage will be included. Gas and electric are the responsibility of the tenant. Pets are considered on a case-by-case basis.
