Ceiling fans in all bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas. New A/C and windows. Large shed in the backyard for your use.

Income requirement of 2.5x monthly rent. Proof of income and background check required. Tenant responsible for all utilities. First months rent due at lease signing. Security deposit required on move in date. Small dogs will be considered with owner approval and a non refundable pet fee of $400. No smoking. Ample parking for three cars in the driveway/garage, street parking is not allowed. Lawn maintenance is minimal but will be the responsibility of the tenant. Available as early as May 31st. Minimum 1 year lease, longer term is also an option. No leases shorter than 12 months will be considered.

    "Dogs are welcome, just check the breed and weight restrictions that some communities have. Lots of outdoor dining that is dog friendly, and the dog beach in Flagler is only 20 minutes away! Volusia county is NOT dog friendly on the beaches, no dogs are even allowed in your car. "
