Welcome to Mapleton Street. This is a very quiet street that is minutes to Goodwin Park or a quick drive to downtown Hartford. The famous Italian Bakeries and great sandwiches shops are also around the corner.

There is a beautiful brick fire place with a wood mantle that is the star of the living room. The red oak hardwood floors have recently been refinished and are in most rooms. Nearly the entire apartment has been professionally painted with neutral colors. It feels fresh and new.

The apartment has a traditional layout with a formal dining room that opens to a living room. Great for entertaining. The two bedrooms are average size and both are on one side of the apartment with a full bathroom between them. There are washer and dryer hookups available. There is a bonus sunroom off the living room that makes a great office or reading room. There is also a covered back porch. This apartment is on the second floor of a two-family home.

There are two parking spots in the driveway in the back. Tenant pays for electric and heat. Owner pays for water. 2 months security deposit. There is a thorough application process. Good credit is a must. There is also a back ground check and employment/income verification. No pets. No smokers. 1 year minimum lease.
