The unit is completely separate from the main home and features its own private entrance and a private driveway that can accommodate up to two vehicles, giving you the feel of your own place while still being on a well-maintained property.

The washer and dryer are located just outside the unit under a covered area for your exclusive use. There is no dishwasher. Please note that tenants do not have access to the backyard.

The location is hard to beat. You're directly across the street from Fort Mose Historic State Park, where you can enjoy kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing, walking trails, and beautiful sunsets. You're also just a short bike ride to historic downtown St. Augustine and Vilano Beach, with quick access to US 1 for an easy commute to Jacksonville.

Pets may be considered on a case by case basis depending on breed, size, and weight.

Available August 1st. A 12 month lease is preferred. Background check, income verification, and application required. No smoking.

First month and security deposit due upon signing the lease. Landlord pays for electric, water, wifi, and pest control. No smoking. No parties or loud music.
