Description

This three bedroom two bath home has a very open, livable floor plan. The ceramic tile floors throughout the kitchen, dining, living room and hall make for ease of care and cleaning. The open floor plan has a nice flow to enjoy. Back yard has concrete patio and is full chain linked fenced. The subdivision is a newer setting on the west side of Springfield in the Willard schools.

The pet policy found on our home page applies to any pet.

The fully refundable security deposit is an amount equal to one month's rent. A prepaid cleaning fee equal to 30% of the monthly rent will be paid at time of signing lease to be applied at move out.

Lease will expire April 30, 2026 and auto renew on July 1 of each year if tenant/landlord does not elect to terminate between April 30 and July 1. Move out options are April 30, May 31, June 30. Buyout option available if tenant needs to break lease.
