Great house in Falcon! This super cute house is very close to a Walmart, Safeway and King Soopers. There are plenty of places to get gas, eat and shop in the area. The house has is close to Woodman (a straight shot into Colorado Springs) and Hwy 24 yet is far enough away from all the hustle and bustle of Colorado Springs. It is located in school district 49. There is also a community pool.

Renter is responsible for all utilities including electric, trash, sewer, and internet. Renter is also responsible for the Metro bill which includes water usage and access to the community pool. This bill is variable but runs about $250 per month. There is a washer and dry included, but the renter is responsible for all maintenance and any repairs of the washer and dryer. The lease is for 12 months. The full rent and deposit (total $4300) is due upon moving in (any proration will occur the second month of the lease).
