 Located on the SUNNY side of Cascade, you will be only minutes from the Pikes Peak Highway, several hiking/biking trails, 4 miles from downtown Manitou Springs, 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs and just 7 miles from Woodland Park. Colorado ski resorts are within a 2 hour drive. This location is also part of the excellent School District 14.
