This is for a room.Totally furnished swimming pool 60 fruit trees, giant screen TV, two refrigerators washer dryer rooms 13 x 13 169 ft. three bathrooms, four bedrooms dishwasher trash, compactor microwave Solar garden area to Barnes, a goat and a sheep some chickens dog run, piano, Oregon, Treadmill, giant screen, colored TV, washer and dryer.

Electric $175 gas $15, late fee after the 5th $175 late fee, if you smoke you must be 30 feet away from the house. Pet deposit $500, $100 rent per pet, each person cleans both bathroom and vacuums the house. If you use the kitchen you wipe down the stove and wash all your dishes, and put them in the dishwasher or put them away. If you use the Pool to clean up all your mess after your finish, don't leave anything out by the pool. When you take a shower, clean up all your mess, don't leave any water on the floor pick up your towels. If you fail to do any of these things your rent will be raised $100. We just wanna make it fair for each person that lives here. Don't block anyone in and don't park or drive on the grass.
