12 month lease preferred (discounted rate available for full 12 month commitment). Shorter terms may be considered at standard rate.
Rent includes utilities and internet (subject to reasonable use). Any excessive utility overages may be billed to tenant.
Security deposit equal to one month's rent due at signing. First month's rent due prior to move-in. Refundable pet deposit and monthly pet rent apply. Maximum of three dogs subject to approval. Breed restrictions may apply.
