"There are lots of kids and families in this neighborhood, and in the evenings I frequently hear them playing in the alleys or on the playgrounds. "I’ve lived here about 5yrs as far as the area it’s actually decent never had to worry about any issues or fear for my life it’s a lot of older people that live here as far as Palmer court it’s affordable it’s not the worst I would suggest get a cat rodent issue they don’t keep a leasing manager more than 3 months I’ve even about 10 ppl in 5 years maintenance is slow I’ve had pipe issues a few times that I had to pay out of pocket for you get what u pay for honestly "

"I’m not really sure….But it’s definitely a lot of sidewalks to walk dogs safely…..It’s a few parks near by….I haven’t seen or heard anyone complain about area for their dog. Most of my neighbors have dogs and they seem content with area. Definitely beautiful to walk around the neighborhood safely "
