This listing is for a single private room in my home in a 55+ community. I'm looking for a mature female housemate to share my home. You'll have your own bathroom and the room is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and dresser. Our community has a clubhouse with 2 swimming pools, hot tubs, pickleball, a weight room and a laundromat. My home has central a/c.

No smoking in the house, no drama and sorry, no pets. Please clean up after yourself and keep your space clean.

Everything is in the long stretch of road that I live on that I would need from day to day. I love this area simply because it has gotten better and its not perfect but its getting better.
