The second level has three bedrooms, two bathrooms and linen closet. The master bedroom has a large walk in, organized closet and a master bathroom. The lower level family room can easily be set up to include an office. There is also a second kitchen downstairs including refrigerator and stove. Lower level also has a furnace room with work bench and two store rooms. The home was rehabbed in 2008 including new roof, insulation, all windows, central air conditioning, furnace (gas forced air) and water heater making it economical for an older, large home. This well maintained home has an alarm system. $3,100.00 per month. $3,100 security deposit. Rent includes water, sewer, trash. Tenant responsible for all other utilities and snow removal.
