Just a short distance to shopping and eateries.

Directions: Take S Washington St, Turn left onto Yaney (at courthouse Square), then right on Oak St. (about a block past the courthouse)

Tenant would need to hook up water, PG&E and garbage in their name. Renters insurance with a minimum of $300,000.00 liability is required.

Pets may be negotiable only on a case-by-case basis, per our Pet Policy and with with $50/month additional rent and $50 additional deposit.
