About this House

Freshly painted walls, brand new carpet! Full appliances included. There are two kitchen as well, one in the garage. Super close to the freeway (80), extremely close to target and home depot along with many other stores in the vicinity. Pretty quiet street with very nice neighbors all around!

All utilities are to be taken care of by the renter. The landlord holds absolutely no responsibility regarding utilities. No smoking is allowed. Parking is plentiful, the driveway is vast, and very accommodating if you have a larger vehicle. Street parking is also available. The landlord has three storage units in the backyard that may need to be accessed from time to time. The renter will get a heads-up in advance.
