9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have a gifted child who went through Indian Hill Elementary and she loved it. She felt challenged but not overwhelmed. It was a wonderful fit for her.I have another child currently attending Indian Hill Elementary who suffers from behavioral and academic issues. The teachers, principal, and support staff have been amazing. They developed a behavioral plan for my child that they adjust according to how he is doing. When I drop my child off at school, he gets hugs from the teachers. I know they care about him. He is now performing at or above grade level on standardized tests.Parent Review10y ago4 Reviews - Indian Hill High School

9/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIndian Hill High School has many problems. When I read these reviews I can't help but notice the most recent is from 2013. This school is not amazing. Lack of real leadership, lack of transparency of policies, lack of communication - have all contributed to an overwhelming feeling of frustration and disappointment. Some of the teachers show enthusiasm and energy which generates some school spirit but for the most part, the faculty and staff at IH schools are on auto-pilot. It really could be an incredible school but with so many issues that the district refuses to address, it will never get there.Parent Review8y ago2 Reviews - Indian Hill Middle School

8/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageIts considered one of the top school districts in the country for a reason. You cant let 3 low reviews from likely some Karen tank the ratings of a school district that has received national acclaim from PROFESSIONALS who judge outside of one mishap. They have gone above and beyond in dealing with my medical case child and the other has flourished through this school much better then the one size fits all of the private catholic schools he used to attend.Parent Review1y ago11 Reviews - Indian Hill Primary Elementary School

NAGreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI have two children in this school currently. The teachers and staff seem to care for my kids. When one of my kids was having some concentration and self control issues the teacher provided regular e-mail updates and correspondance as to how he was doing. She was very open to my suggestions as how to best help my child. Very strong academics with a challenging curriculum. Happy my kids are even learning Spanish!! (No other district, as far as I know, offers this as a part of the regular curriculum). I've met members of the board and they seem very committed to being financially responsible and doing more with the resources the have. Parents are involved - it is sometimes hard for me to find an open time to volunteer because other parents had already signed up. Lunch staff is very friendly. There is also strong emphasis on being a good person and taking care of one another. Kids seem respectul to adults. All in all, a good school district and I hope to send all 4 of my kids through this system. Housing in this district can be pricey but for those parents who know the value and importance of a good education it is well worth the cost!Parent Review14y ago3 Reviews - Check out schools near 7750 E Galbraith Rd.

"Oakley is by far the top community in Cincinnati. It’s a great mix of friendly professional’s, young families, singles as well as empty nesters. Everyone looks out for each other and people that move here from out of state have told me that they felt welcomed and at home within a very short period of time. Most end up staying for a lifetime! The homeowners take great care of their property with beautiful landscaping. The Wasson Way Trail is perfect for walking with dogs and friends, pushing a stroller, and bicycling. There are so many great local restaurants and bars that are dog friendly. The location is the best with hospitals, UC, Xavier University, OTR and downtown just minutes away, with quick and easy access to I-71. Everything you need can be found right within beautiful and walkable Oakley! "

"Dog walkers use this neighborhood all the time and clean up after themselves. Generally, the traffic is slow. Occasionally we have passed through traffic that goes a little faster than they should."
