Plenty of closet space including a storage closet directly out the front door for your bikes, beach gear and miscellaneous. There is a washer and dryer in the unit. Water and garbage are included in the rent. Utilities you would be responsible for are electricity and internet. Great location, close to the quaint areas of downtown Stuart and Jensen Beach. Bike to downtown Stuart and enjoy Jammin' Jensen on Thursday evenings. Close by are beaches, great dining, the Tresuare Coast Mall, Sam's, BJ's and within 1 to 2 miles all the US 1 shopping: Ross, Marshalls, Target, Brst Buy and a close by Publix. Terrace Gardens is a quiet and peaceful community with only 52 units. A really nice community! There is a pool for your enjoyment.

This is a Non-smoking unit. Prefer no dogs, however I will consider a dog that meets Terrace Gardens regs of 25 pound maximum. 1st month and security are required along with an application fee. Credit check, background check, income and employment verification and landlord references are required. Unit is available September 1st. Move in requirement is first month and security.
