We also just extended bedroom #2, which was going to be available today, one more month, to May 30, but it will be availble after that.

It is on the 2nd floor. King sized beds would be a bit of a tight fit, unless you have less furniture or nightstands.
This BR is normally $1280/mo but is being discounted to $1230/mo. for someone signing a lease starting in February.
It also has a dresser and nightstand in it that the tenant can either choose to use or not use.
Bedroom #2 is next to it on the 2nd floor, with a clear space (excluding the closet) of 10 ft 8 in x 9 ft 8 in, also with a standard closet.
