There is an updated, fully equipped kitchen and your own private covered porch to enjoy your cup of coffee, tea, or glass of wine. The house is located in the neighborhood of Haw Creek, and it's a 5 minute walk to the new library, Pennycup coffee shop, Creekside Taphouse, and cute little Haw Creek park. East Asheville Farmer's market is a block away on the corner on Fridays. Ingles, Whole Foods, and Aldi are on this side of town and Mission hospital is 3 miles away. It is located 4 miles from downtown, a mile from the Blue Ridge Parkway and a mile from the municipal golf course. This is a 2 bedroom/1.5 bath home. Washer and dryer are included in the house. Half of the space is downstairs and only a portion is totally finished. In addition, there is an attached apartment that is rented and a separate ADU in the back.
