This is a very nice townhouse. There is a distance of around 2 meters between the neighbor next door, that keeps the privacy. Includes garage, and backyard. The yard is cozy and quiet, great for leisure and barbecue. There is a beautiful pink Bougainvillea glabra tree in the yard. On the first floor is a large living room and kitchen, as well as include a small living room. On the second floor are three bedrooms. House includes a laundry room. The community is quiet and friendly, very nice for walking. There is a large lake in the community and a very good view. There are close to Windermere Preparatory School and Windermere high school.     "They would like the many trails and dog parks. Most of the neighborhoods are not gated or man guarded, so you can easily move in and out of them. Each neighborhood is unique and wherher you're going for walk with or without you pet, the time would be enjoyable."
