    "This is a great area in Horse Country, U.S.A. Located only 30 minutes from Frisco, TX and the North Texas Plano and Collin County Corridor, just 60 miles from Dallas. Less than 20 miles away, you will find Denton, TX, the home of Unviersity of North Texas and Texas Womans University. If you want the real Old West, Fort Worth is just an hour away. Oak groves and native grasses have been allowed to remain on the land. The property has road access on three sides. Since it is one of the first homestead properties in the history of Pilot Point, it has a dynamic past, including Bonnie and Clyde.
