I just graduated from 8th grade here and my experience was ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. i would never recommend this school to any kids. The staff can either be really sweet or can be really unsupportive and fake.. you never really know what you're gonna get.. I've had experiences with bullying and I was getting harassed by kids for years and I've reported it and they never once did anything to help.. like these teachers, staff and counselors will advertise that they will help but never actually do!! so many other kids have struggled with bullying and instead of putting the kid responsible in trouble they let them loose and punish the kid whose getting bullied.. I've also cried in the wellness center multiple times, balling my eyes out bc of previous mental health issues and they'd STILL kick me out even when im trembling and crying. but some really good teachers or staff members i will never forget who actually made me feel supported were mr gardell, mrs schumaucher, mr eliason, mrs keneally, and mrs aeyrn (nurse) those guys are absolutely amazing!! but i have had issues with bad staff or teachers.. especially this school year i feel like it was the worst.. my 8th grade math teacher would yell at me constantly and belittle me and other kids. she was very passive aggressive and would get mad at you for brushing your hair for like 0.5 seconds and was just absolutely horrible to deal with.. im a quiet, respectful student with misophonia who never talks back to teachers yet I'd still get treated by crap by some staff.. and some other 8th grade staff were treating other kids horribly by swearing at them and getting mad at them for small reasons as well.. the halls are absolutely packed and kids here are absolute self centered judgemental brats and these staff members who claimed to "help with bullying" didn't do a single thing.the environment in class is always packed, sweaty, gross and smells horrible with kids screaming, throwing things, and bullying others one of the counselors came in and saw my loud screaming class and didn't say anything nor did the teacher. i was getting headaches daily in my science class in 8th grade and my teacher just let this large group of boys rough house the whole year and I ended up failing miserably cuz i couldn't focus or learn !! the bathrooms are absolutely disgusting, kids destroy them, pee on the ground, put things in the toilets, don't flush the toilets, and i rarely see it cleaned when I've reported it..NEVER GO HERE!!!!!!

While I was there I thought it was a good school, nothing special, but once I got to college I realized truly how much more prepared and ahead of the curve I was compared to some of my classmates in college that went to high school in even more affluent cities. I was ahead of a lot of my peers in math, English, and science at college despite being only an average student in high school.

the principle is a horrible excuse of a human being teacher do not care about students but this is minnesota where all woman in this state are stuck up b words and they let student bully the less popular children and the teachers bully them also so this scholl should really be shut down
