Very close to founders green and the town center for concerts, movies on the green, farmers market.

Kitchen has been updated to have a granite breakfast bar, deep stainless sink, pull down faucet and quiet bosch dishwasher. Glass tile accent on gas fireplace and kitchen backsplash lend modern vibe, as do contemporary paint colors. Central air will keep you cool, and efficient new water heater was just installed. Refridgerator was recently replaced with stainless fridge, but not yet in pics.

Laminate hardwood throughout main floor. Carpet was recently replaced (and not yet in pics). Newer floor tile in master and other upstairs bath as well as laundry room. Upper baths also have granite countertops.

Just a couple blocks to the town center, a block to the grocery store, few blocks to aviator pool. The pic with the green star shows the correct location.

Application fee $50/adult and background and credit check required. Owner pays HOA (MCA and townhome) including water/sewer, tenant pays gas/electric and phone/cable/internet and trash.

Lease between 9 months and 1 year preferred, with option to extend, we have had a couple of longer term tenants in this townhome, and provide advantageous extension offers to our tenants.
