"Friendly owners everywhere. But not everyone picks up after their pets and some people let their dogs run loose. "
  • Jade Robinson
"There is a New dog park. Most bodies have fenced yards. All kinds of dogs welcome. Mountains/ Hills close by."
  • Noah Nichols
"Great stuff ,great neighborhood. Greater salt lake living that has a little more country feel to it. But still has its coffee shop and hardware store. FJB "
  • Derick Fajardo
"Friendly neighbors all around. Safe place to live. Very family oriented and kids play safely in the neighborhood "
  • Eva B.
"awful. long lines of congestion. takes a minimum of 30 minutes to reach a freeway on ramp. the further south you go tbe worse the commute"
  • Shealee
"good nighborhood. lots of people always kind of moving in and out. most people sweet. there’s many couples"
  • Trulia User
"You almost always see dogs when you’re out for a walk. Most are well trained and there are a few dogs not usually leashes. A lot of owners do not pick up after their dogs."
  • Trulia User
"I really like my place it so good and relaxing place. Saratoga Springs it’s the best place I never leave. "
  • Audreyswapp
"There are a lot of young families here, but there is also a lot of new construction. Keep an eye on your kids. You don't always know who is around. "
  • Shaylee W.
"people are very nice and friendly and helpful. area is expanding rapidly. oy complaint is how religious the community is. "
  • DJ
"Love this neighborhood! Everyone is friendly and it’s been a very safe neighborhood for kids to play. It also has wonderful views of the lake"
  • Vaneteeichelberger
"I love here , my husband and I love this place my favorite time is always. My friend want to live here. "
  • Michelejohnso73
"Beautiful views of mountains as well as the valley. There are parks and excercise equipment on the paths. Friendly neighbors are always available to help each other out."
  • Tylorhansen
"pretty easy access to redwood or pioneer highway which will take you to i-15 about 35 minutes to downtown SLC. "
  • Jason
"I think dog owners would really enjoy this neighborhood. The sidewalks are all paved and run in a loop around the community— when you do three laps, it equals a mile. Plus it goes right along the Jordanelle so it’s very picturesque and serene. "
  • Breanna M.
"It is a little more rural so there is plenty of pretty scenery and grass for walking your dog. As long as you consistently pick up after your pet, having a dog in this community is fantastic— and it feels like all of our neighbors have a furry friend that they’re out walking at any given time as well, so it’s really nice. "
  • Matthewjhawton
"This is a slightly quieter neighborhood, a more secluded feel than many other Utah county suburbs. it's a great place for families, many parks and other great families to be around. there are also great views of the lake and a growing town center. "
  • Belki V.
"I like to see people walking around with their families to the park.. it's a great area, nice neighborhood, friendly people. "
  • Jamiemcghieam
"It’s unique because it’s on a lake, it’s quiet, people are helpful and friendly. The atmosphere is serene and peaceful."
  • Seth C.
"Close to all the necessities. Lots of parks. Rural feel."
  • Michele L.
"This is a fun, family friendly area with a nice mesh of different style families that all tend to help each other and love doing neighborhood activities and events throughout the year. "
  • Cjbntds
"Just moved here 3 mths ago & my 15lb dog has been attacked 3 times (2 in our own yard/deck). Police are friendly but unable to control the problem. The local residents are BIG fans of no fencing & roam free pet lifestyle. Unfortunately these roaming dogs are not only aggressive but very large....HUGE pittbull population in Sartoga Springs. 1 lane road going in & out of town with many MANY construction trucks & slow seniors clogging up the lane. "
  • Gerter
"Clean neighborhood with kids all over. Smallish, but not tiny lots. Mostly HOA areas, with a few non-HOA areas (amazingly). About 10 minutes from any sort of commercial locations. Decent new connector roads to get to freeway, etc. "
