I have been at this school since kindergarten, and I will be promoted this year (I am in 8th grade). I believe that this school is excellent, but that just might be me being biased. My learning experience was alright, not too bad, but not amazing either. The teachers are great, only a few of them being a bit sour. Social-emotional support, it's alright, although sometimes they might push it into our faces a bit much. Special education, I'm not sure as I have never experienced it much myself, besides going in and out of Kid Connection, I can't really say anything about it. My friends have experienced it and say it's not the best. As for safety, they're really not doing much about it, at least in my experience. I am a victim of bullying in a couple of cases, reported 2 different situations, one this year, and one last year, and they didn't do anything about it besides a slap on the wrist! It's really irritating. For family engagement they do well, they have Family science night that I enjoy, and sometimes teachers do projects or assignments that include talking, or basically having an interrogation with a family member about the topic of the thing. Going back to what I said, it's a good school, it's just the moderation of the students and things like that that need a little more work.

This school is hoenestly really great, it takes time to find the right teacher just for you, to help you learn specifically. (We love Mr.K) The teachers on campus are realyl friendly and easy to talk too, you just need to be able to be open with them about help. But the students on campus need decipine. There is lots of things this school could be but the students need more help, but there is a mass amount of homophobia, xenophobia, genuine racism, ableism, and violence from the students. There were many tims on campus where I felt unsafe, and I couldn't open up to anybody about it. The support that my friends we're giving me couldn't be enough. I enjoy all the opertunites I get at this school, but the drawbacks make me thing that it isn't that great.

I would absolutely recommend this school to any friend. My son has been to schools from Fremont to Dublin. They were rated top schools as well. But my son didnt have as much fun and as much learning as compared to his time in Ranchos. This school is great. I love the staff here. everyone is nice and kind.
