Description

Welcome to your new Home! You will find this Parma home has so much to offer inside and out. Close to The Shoppes of Parma, 71 and 480, Parma Hospital, Tri-C Western Campus, dining, playgrounds and so much more.

Let's talk about what's inside, too. That's even better! There are two roomy bedrooms on the first floor, an attic dormer as the third bedroom with an additional room for whatever you may need! Storage, a walk-in closet or crafting space. The main bath is located on the first floor. There is a second bath (to be updated in future) in the basement. The kitchen is cute with the dining area next to it. This opens to the front foyer and family room. Bonus feature is the electric fireplace. You will no doubt be soaked in natural sunlight in each room!

Need more space? As you walk down to the basement there is a great space for an additional recreational room. Maybe a work out space or a kids play area is preferred? So many options here!

There is a work area with cabinets/shelving and near that is the laundry room. A double cement sink is in place. The laundry is large enough to add folding tables or clothing racks if needed.

One amazing bonus that sets this house apart is the THREE CAR GARAGE! A very rare find for Parma. Don't worry, though. There is still plenty of yard for the pets, kiddos or a place to set your patio set.

We understand pets are family, too. Yet, we also know there are greater chances for accidental damages. Therefore, we ask for a one time $250 non-refundable deposit per pet (Two pet limit).

As we continue to update inside we anticipate availability no later than Monday May 1, 2023. If needed prior to this day rent can be prorated for that time in April. Please, note landlord may need access to complete any remaining items should this occur.

NOTE: No smoking.

Please, reach out via Zillow to inquire more about the property. Showings will be set accordingly to interest.

The tenant is responsible for the following:

Paying rent on time monthly. Payment is due on the 23rd of the month. It take Zillow and the banks almost 5-7 days to complete payment. Therefore, it needs paid online on the 23rd each month. This applies to the pet rental fee(s) as well.

Rental lease term is month to month.

All utilities to be paid:
Gas and electric will be in tenant name.
Sewer and Water remain in landlord name, but the statements to be received at property address for tenant to pay.

Maintenance of property outside. This includes weeding, grass cutting, snow removal, waste clean-up from pets. No litter or visible trash piles to remain.

The interior of the house to to be kept clean. No piles of trash. No hoarding of items. Aisles need clear as a walk way for any emergency personal.

"I live on a very busy main road - super busy and at times scary as drivers speed up and down. The streets are lot. Emergency vehicles use this Main Street a lot so it’s never 100% quiet. Lots of street lights and cars drive on it 24/7. Not safe when you have small kids or small animals. Bus services are easy access. "
  • Linda M Arbogast

"I grew up in Parma. It’s a nice place to have a family. Quiet. Peaceful. Small homes, small lots. Good for people just starting out or those who are retiring and plan to be empty nesters. Lots of great pizza options. Tons of bowling alleys to choose from. It’s Swenson’s adjacent. How am I not at 100 characters yet? "
  • Jinnelle L.

"I LIVE NEAR Veterans Park, which is beautiful, and well maintained. People can go fishing, enjoy many picnic areas, baseball fields, batting cage, exercise trail, minigold and disc golf throughout a wooded area. Police are often seen in the park areas and throughout the city. Not far, is another park, on West Ridgewood Drive. It is a Metroparks Trail throughout wooded areas as well as a shop to stop in and admire educational facts about our habitat. "
  • Tricia Lee

"I work in Cleveland Hts. so my commute is not great, but that’s Cleveland Hts.’ fault. :) However, easy access to highways and wide main streets make Parma convenient to downtown, Independence, even the far west or east sides. "
  • Anthony C.
"The neighborhood is very nice. All the neighbors keep up the their yards. A lot of neighbors decorated for the holidays."
  • Nick B
"There are Neighborhood movie nights and many festivals in the summer time. Plus an annual rib cook off. great place to just walk around wether it be for a weekend bar hop or a walk through a park ending at a ice cream shop."
