"The neighborhood is ideal for middle class families. The schools are excellent and a park is nearby-- only a short walk. This house is only about 5 minutes from the Treasure Island beach with free public parking via causeway with no toll. a shopping mall, restaurants, and other businesses are within a 10 minute drive."

"We're close to shopping, close to the Pinellas trail, close to the beach, close to all the chain and unchained restaurants, close to gyms, two massive parks a mile apart, soccer, tennis, outdoor gym, a rec center...actually two rec centers, the amazing Azalea Elementary school, low crime, a community garden program, and best of all a great place to raise a family or retire without having to drive everywhere in the county."
