"Best Halloween ever! Oneida is closed off and most neighbors participate in decorations, fog machine's, music. It's also a very active place tons of people out walking dogs and kids at the park and everyone is so friendly"
  • Trulia User
"I've lived here for last 7 years very nice neighborhood friendly people and plenty of amenities there are lots of great looking homes everywhere and lots of places where anyone can enjoy a meal or some entertainment i would definitely recommend south park hill to all of my friends and family "
  • Laura P.
"I bike on side roads and it’s fairly low key. Quebec needs to be avoided, there’s always traffic. Commute to Anschutz is easy."
  • Unspecified
"Montclair doesn’t have a lot of community specific events. South Park Hill which is next door does have a lot of parades and festivals to attend "
  • Unspecified
"Best kept secret in Denver. Better than Stapleton Park Hill. Very diverse and eclectic. Be in the mix and move here "
  • Trulia User

  • Vailkatherine
"I grew up in this neighborhood. It is one of the oldest in the city and is Still a little secret with great schools restaurants where yuou feel safe. "
  • Marylou C.
"Value is incredible. Neighborhood is fabulous. Community involvement is tops. "
  • cmjeff
"I was born and raised in this neighborhood and most recently lived there from 1999-2013. It is a wonderful, mature area with lots of parks and residents who take pride in their homes and properties. Good schools, easy access by car or public transportation to just about anywhere in the Denver Metro area, Cherry Creek and Stapleton shopping just minutes away. As for safety, it is close to East Colfax with its crime, but normal safety at night and avoiding the 'fax during the day is sufficient. District 3 police are responsive and involved."
