Area that is being rented is 2 bedroom/2 bathroom, fully private apartment for JUST THE TENANTS. Owner will be using the 1 bedroom apartment in the basement that is completely separate and has its own entrance.

Retired owner seeking quiet tenants for fully furnished all utilities included 2 bed/2 bath 1100 sq ft ranch style home. There is a private entrance walkout basement apartment that the owner will be keeping for private use.

FULLY FURNISHED! UTILITIES INCLUDED. 6 or 12 month lease available. Also open to 3 month summer season lease, that would need to be privately discussed.

The ENTIRE 1100 sq ft main level (2 bedroom/ 2 full bathrooms with laundry) stand alone apartment will be rented for use by the tenants. The main level has its own parking in front, additional parking in back, a separate front entrance and its own massive deck! The basement in-law suite (with separate walkout entrance and its own patio area) will be kept for use by the owner. Main level of house was completely updated and beautifully finished in 2020. FULLY FURNISHED, except for bed linens, bath linens, and bed pillows.

Tenant will be renting the main level apartment. they will not have to share any inside areas with the in-law suite in the basement. In-law suite has its own entrance, exit, and parking. It is not used full time. Owner requires a reasonable quiet environment when the in law suite is being used by themselves or their guests.

Dog friendly- one well behaved dog will be considered, must meet with house owner. Dog must be gentle, generally quiet and must stay off the general furniture. (Allowed on bed, pet owner must provide protection for mattress and their own linens) Sorry, no cats as house owner is severely allergic. Additional pet fee will be charged of 50.00 per month. Plus pet insurance may be required.

There is a very large yard for use by all. Owner will pay for lawn maintenance (a 200.00 per month value). Yard is NOT fenced. Owner will pay for high speed internet (100.00 a month value).

Utilities (HVAC, electric, water, sewer, garbage) are also included in the rent. Owner will require restrictions on AC and Heat settings.

House available now.

12 month lease $2550.00 per month.
6 month lease available at 2750.00 per month.
No smoking, e-cigarettes or vaping on property. No drugs on property
First month rent and refundable security deposit required at time of lease signing. Tenants must have credit score of 650 or more. Full credit check and background check will be done at applicants expense through Zillow .
