NEW paint throughout; new window blinds; new central heating (not that you'll need it); new recessed lighting with dimmers in the great room, eating area, and kitchen; new microwave; and more! Gas fireplace with electronic ignition. Small entry patio area and side balcony. Cleanest building and condo you will see. Small family or two roommates. Underground, gated parking for 1 vehicle. Free street parking available 1/2 block away. Minimum 1-year lease. Military welcome. Partially furnished or unfurnished to be discussed.

Landlord to provide water and garbage collection. Tenants to pay all other services including but not limited to gas, electricity, and cable/internet/TV. Minimum 1 year lease. For electricity, tenant will require an SDGE account and a second account from the another provider selling electricity generated from the solar system installed on the Montrachet building. Shops, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery store are all in walking distance. Easy access to the freeway if needed, but you don’t really need a car because the public transportation is easily accessible. "
