Oceanfront Sanctuary | La Jolla Cove | Floor-to-Ceiling Pacific Views | Sealions Seals Sunsets | Monthly Only

Some addresses simply cannot be replicated.

Perched directly above La Jolla Cove, this exquisitely appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom residence offers one of the most scenic vantage points on the California coast. Floor-to-ceiling windows span the living room and kitchen, framing an unbroken panorama of the Pacific that changes with every hour of light and every season of the year.

From late winter through spring, whales migrate through these waters visible from your kitchen, and your dining table. Year-round, harbor seals, sealions, pelicans and dolphins complete the view. There is nowhere else in San Diego where nature performs this consistently, this close.

The open-concept living and dining area flows to a private balcony overlooking the Cove. The generous dining table doubles as a commanding workspace with the Pacific spread before you and WiFi throughout. The primary suite features an en-suite bathroom and ample wardrobe space. The second bedroom serves equally well as a guest room.
The full kitchen is equipped with premium appliances, quality cookware, and a dedicated coffee station.

Direct elevator access from garage to front door. Modern coastal luxury interiors, premium linens, Smart TV, beach gear, in-unit washer/dryer, and one garage parking space complete this exceptional offering.

Monthly stays only 30-night minimum. One-time $400 cleaning fee at check-in. Weekly cleaning service included.

  • Tammian Layson
"The walkability, beach, and exclusivity. I’ve lived here for 16 years and I’ve raised my two kids in La Jolla. The farmers market, elementary, middle and high school are within walking distance. Shops, cafes, restaurants, movie theatre, grocery store are all in walking distance. Easy access to the freeway if needed, but you don’t really need a car because the public transportation is easily accessible. "
  • Nmgk262h4h
"Plenty of other dogs to hang out with and a nice park a couple blocks away. Other tenants complain and HOA charges for animals"
