6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI read the review written bu Gina M. I wonder what planet she is on because this school (in general) is OUTSTANDING. The art teacher is excellent, spends HIS time on Tuesday and Thursdays to supervise the art club. He is innovative and creative and enjoys the children. I agree the principal was HORRIBLE three years ago, but the board moved swiftly to move her - unfortunately they moved her UP...WHY? I agree about the superintendent. She is WAY over her head and the assistant superintendent makes her look like the Superintendent of the Year! Leave the school alone. The teachers are excellent (with few exceptions.) Go after the admin and let's get the unions to recognize that they need to GET RID OF THE BAD TEACHERS...do you hear that UNION LEADERS?Parent Review12y ago

"There’s always someone around your kids age growing up at the same time in the neighborhood. There’s also many local places for adults to hang out with eateries, bars, and salons. Typically everyone knows someone on every street you pass. You don’t ever have to worry about being lonely."

"I moved to this neighborhood from a smaller nearby town. I’ve lived here now for a 15 years. Most neighbors are friendly and look out for each other. Great area for walking and sitting outside in nice weather. "

"Street lights are desparately needed! This is not only for dog walking, but for safety. Currently it is pitch black on the streets outside my home and although it's a safe neighborhood, the lack of light is unsettling. "
