There are frequent fights and other security concerns on campus, which creates an environment that feels unstable and unsafe for students. These incidents do not appear to be isolated, but rather part of a larger pattern that has not been effectively addressed.The administrative team is relatively new, unprofessional, and seem disconnected from what is happening day to day. Communication is nonexistent and there is no visible follow-through when serious concerns are raised. As a result, problems often escalate rather than being proactively managed.Classroom instruction is also impacted. Many teachers appear overwhelmed and there is a noticeable lack of classroom control which disrupts learning and makes it difficult for students who want to focus and succeed.Overall, the school currently lacks the structure, leadership, and disciplinary consistency necessary to provide a safe and productive learning environment. Significant improvements in administration, student behavior management, and classroom support are needed before this school can meet basic expectations for education and safety.Teacher Review3mo ago
